We've had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing fixes that didn't ultimately work, finally looked up Craig's Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.

*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craig's character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craig's diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.

A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future. I cannot recommend this local plumbing business highly enough.

My sink would not drain and I was afraid of how much I would have to pay to have it fixed. This had been a chronic problem and I had the Rooter people come herr a few times and since they didn't fix it properly I decided to go with a legit plumber. I looked at a lot of online reviews and New Flow Plumbing seemed like an honest business with good reviews and so I hired them to do the job. The man who came to our apartment was very nice and he explained what he would do to fix the issue and why it would work and it has been almost a month and the drain has been flowing better than it ever has been.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

george fixed our garbage disposal in no time and was great. he was professional and courteous. highest marks for george and plumber 2 the rescue. highly recommend.

The plumber arrived at my house within an hour. Got to work right away and did a fantastic sump pump repair. He double-checked everything after he fixed the issue to verify that everything was working properly. Strongly recommended!

Scheduling and cost estimate was clear and easy, they kept to their estimated time window and pricing, and they clearly documented the results of the work. Richard and MAtthew were so great! Can on time, fixed the toilet and the regulator and we just wonderful to work with. They looked thru the whole house to be sure all other things were working right and did fina another issue that we'll deal with. Found a long term plumber for me!

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
