Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.

Mauricio and Luis came to hour house recently to fix our old shower arm. They installed new shower arm and shower head. They were very polite and

I have been using Arie Plumbing from past 2 years. Quick and efficient plumbing service is what they provide. Recently, I got my bathroom remodeling project done by them. Amazingly they have made it within one-day, now our bathroom looks very new! It was really cost effective and the good part I most liked is: they are providing life time warranty, wonderful isn’t it? I spoke to Mary in the front office, very unprofessional, told me to.call thr warranty and get a authorization. Funny thing is that another servicer didn't ask me for that, I decided to go with someone else. The other servicer was cheaper for their service fee and I got service that day. Please be aware of this company and Mary. I hope the business owner takes notes because this isn't how you grow a company or value!! I dont RECOMMEND THEM!

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
