Just an amazing shop of all time!

I called for help with a few leaking issues in my home. They were flexible and worked with my schedule. Had excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Very happy with the service and will definitely call again if needed in the future.

Always prompt, reasonable prices, honest and trustworthy, high quality work. Rodco plumbing has done numerous jobs at our house. He assisted me in designing a remodel of my master bath and installed all the new plumbing work including Re piping, our upstairs bathroom, installing new hardware in out bathroom in addition to new sinks and new toilets in all three of our bathrooms. He installed a tankless hot water heater about 10 years ago which has saved me money every month since then.

Rodco plumbing assisted me when the gas company found a leak in my pool heater and shut the gas to the pool heater off. Rodco was able to detect where the leak was without tearing up our flagstone patio and fixed this problem in the same day. This company helped clear my drains outside when the rains were so bad thus preventing water to leak into our house

Called their 800 number and it took FOREVER to get their reception to understand the issue and take my name and address. Needed urgent plumbing but the only available appointment was next day — so we agreed to a first AM appointment. Only to be called at 7:30 by the plumber saying “we don’t work on that model of water heater”. Could have saved the trouble and bad review by hiring better people on the phones. Receptionist asked about the water heater brand and I told her — if she had said “oh call someone else we can’t help you” that would have been fine. When the plumber called to inform us he wouldn’t fix the issue, he was rude when I asked “why” and told me he was a real plumber, not a receptionist and was irritated for giving free advice (the advice that they couldn’t come). Nice first (and last) impression Mike Diamond.
