I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice.
