I've used Select Pluming a couple of times now, and seriously, the best. It's rare to find a contractor who actually holds to a schedule and communicates effectively. For example, they've scheduled a time, offered to come early if I was around, and called ahead to make sure the timing aligned with my schedule still and that I'd be available. They also were reasonably priced, did the job well, and gave great advice and recommendations along the way.

The tech was not friendly. He came in and said he broke the discharge circuit breaker and I said it was like that when I pulled it. The air conditioner was still working and there was power to the unit. Now to find out if am getting charged for the part your tech broke off completely.
