I had a leak which quickly turned into a small pond. It was an extremely hot day and Nathan came out and worked without stopping until he found and repaired the pipe. He was so professional and kind even to a scared little kitten. He also cleaned up the cement and mud from all of this. Highly recommend this business.

My company has hired Brian at Gold Rush Plumbing for several jobs over the last 3 years. The service is personable, thorough, and explanatory, and Brian comes across very interested in doing a good job and providing value. On several occasions Brian was held up on another job and couldn't make his planned day and time, but was willing to work the weekend if we needed him to so he didn't cause us any hardship. I would rate this company LESS than 1 star if I could. This company is unresponsive & inefficient. They don't answer calls during business hours, schedule appointments and fail to show up, fail to respond to messages left, and have an apparent lack of concern for their customers. Our water heater has been out for more than a week. They came out to assess and ordered a part, but it has been almost a week since it arrived and we're STILL without hot water! They never showed up to install the part after setting an appointment to do just that! This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!
