I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).
