The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.
