This is my second time having Jhon came by with plumbing issues. This time it was some foul odor from under my kitchen sink. After looking it over, Jhon saw that the dishwasher drain hose had standing water which was where the odor came from. He helped run the diagnostics on the dishwasher which took a while since it was a new dishwasher (and house) for me but Jhon kept working thru to find the root causes.
