We called Hip's Plumbing primarily due to their HIGH RATINGS to fix a few things in our new house. First time for us since we just moved here to Nevada. I was shocked that they would be out in less than 24 hours and that there was not a service fee for this estimate on these items. This was the case whether or not we chose to use them. Our reverse osmosis water system had issues and our washing machine connection leaked. In addition, we needed 2 toilets removed and new ones installed along with adding a new water line in our garage for a refrigerator and fixing our non-working water dispenser/line in our house refrigerator Jeff reviewed all items that needed attention and gave us an itemized estimate for all or part of the work to be done. Plus, he could get started right then and there! We chose to hire him on the spot and he began working immediately. He completed all of the items and did an amazing job on everything especially the new toilets. Best grouting and finishing we've ever had. I have already referred HIPS to my neighbors and best friends and was just asked for their card by a Best Buy employee who was doing an installation in our house after my talking about how amazing Jeff and the company were. You will definitely be hearing from us again should the need arise... Thank you HIPS Plumbing for being out there and for being so thorough, accessible and pleasant to work with!

Pipe dream plumbing is an exceptional company with extraordinary employees! I contacted Pipe Dreams company and spoke with a gentleman name Chance. (AN HONEST COMPANY) Chance informed me the company unfortunately couldn't unclog the drain because its not something they do. Chance took 14 minutes out of his morning to explain the way most plumbing companies operate. He made me feel comfortable with the plumbing lingo and what i would need in a company. In the end he recommended Elliott's and it all made sense. Will with Elliott's showed up. (Will is an amazingly professional, soft spoken yet confident, employee that never pitched me) He came in and listened attentively to my problem, and reassured me he could fix the problem. (Not in a way that made me believe he had something to prove, but rather as if he's been doing this all his life) From the time he walked through the door until he removed the clog and cleaned up was 11 minutes. Grateful is not a strong enough word. It takes an honest company to give an honest opinion, while taking time out of their busy schedule to help someone else without any return. I will forever remember the olive branch Chance at pipe dreams extended. When i need any major renovations or run into a problem I will definitely be giving pipe dreams a try. I will never trust any other company and will recommend both companies to all my family and friends! CHANCE WITH PIPE DREAMS... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO AND STAYING HONEST AND TRUE!

Came out ASAP and shut off my water, dug up the broken pipe, replaced it and did an excellent job!!!!! Would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and efficient!!!! Thank you again A Nevada Plumbing!!!!!

Raptor Plumbing gets a 5 star from me.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
