If I could give less than one star I would. These guys started repairing my deck in May! It's not quality work: uneven, nails already splitting wood, exposed tarp; it's not even finished, my yard is trashed, and they aren't returning our calls or texts anymore. They've been MIA for 3 whole weeks! Hello Barrett???? Nick???? At least be a man and admit ur never coming back to finish the awful job.In response to owner’s reply:It took almost 8 months for my deck to be replaced. It was never a repair job. For over 3 months I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Then when I did, you asked for thousands of dollars more. I had to create a walkway from planks you guys left in my yard to make a walkway out my backdoor for myself, pets, and my small child because I was left with a 3ft drop out my backdoor. There was no miscommunication between myself and my mother. Worst experience with contractors I’ve ever had.
