Andrei arrived before the appointment time. Had a sewer line backup that flooded the basement. He did a great job explaining the problem and scoping the line. Had another employee come out and unclog the line and explained options. Very personable and professional. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We are still waiting on Plumbline to return to our home to fix the plumbing issue that they actually made worse on their first trip to our home. They caused flooding in our basement. We now have a restoration company cleaning up the mess, but Plumbline has yet to return with an experienced plumber to fix the issue.
