This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible.

Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for promptness, professionalism, and even cleanliness for what is typically very dirty work. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
