First off, I was given the window of arrival of 2:30 to 3:30 and he showed up at 2:37. Wow! I've NEVER had any service show up like that. He was very professional and courteous. It was wet outside and he had wrapped the wheels of the power auger in plastic bags so as to not drag anything into my house when he worked. He cleaned up after all of his work. He explained everything he was going to do and what the results were. And in the end, he's very affordable. I wouldn't go to anyone else now.
