Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

This company is over priced, the really good tech Brandon is no longer with them. They are over priced and offer terrible customer service.

My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump.

They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking.

I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

I went with Scott because I felt his ideas to complete this job were smarter and better communicated than all the plumbers that I interviewed. I moved my gas meter and needed to rerun gas pipe from the home to the new meter. Scott did an amazing job and took the stress out of such a complex job with the ground digging, holes and new piping and timed everything well with the gas company.
