When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Exactly what you look for in a small business; they treated the job as if it was their own. Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. Very quick response. Experienced. Nice to talk to. Explained what was wrong and steps to take care of issue. Added a shut off valve for us also.

Patriot Plumbing and technician James replaced my old tank water heater with a new Navien tankless unit. They also installed a Halo 5 whole house water filtration system, a new main water line, a seismic shut off valve, a whole house leak detection system, a new pressure regulator, and a seismic shut off valve on my gas meter. It was a big project that finished on budget and ahead of schedule. James was very patient during the bidding process and answered all my questions in great detail. They showed up on time and kept their work area very clean. All plumbing work was top notch and done to local code. It has been two weeks and everything works perfectly. Patriot Plumbing also hydro jetted my main drain line two years ago and did a great job on that as well. They are hands down the best plumbers I have ever worked with and I strongly recommend them to friends in the area.
