Billy was awesome - 5 Stars. Very professional, courteous and explained everything he was doing. Roto-Rooter (the company) was good - 3.5 stars. I called around 1PM and got a service window of 4PM - 8PM. Billy got here around 9:30PM. Roto-Rooter did call twice to keep me in the loop and explain the delay.

Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Dalton & his team are amazing ! Top notch service, quality products & super resourceful. He was able to help us get a new dishwasher installed that wasn’t compatible with our current hookup & helped give us awesome advice on a toilet situation upstairs. He is easy to work with & a straight shooter. No BS with him! Highly recommend if you’re torn between him & another guy

Scott and team recently helped out with a re-pipe on my house. Scott came out early morning to identify my issue and clearly presented all of my options. His team was punctual and very informative, explaining as they went along. The staff was courteous and respectful cleaning as they went along and at the end of each day. The price was fair and the job was done well. I couldn't even tell where they had opened up holes at the end of the job! Thanks for coming to our aid Slab Leaks!

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.

We had a pipe leak and decided to repipe the house with pex. Chris came out the same day we had the leak, gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It took the crew one day to complete the repipe and one day to drywall and patch all the holes. Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and quality. Highly recommend!
