David Miller is honest, hardworking, the perfect plumber. He was involved in my complete kitchen overall in 2011, so glad to have met him. He did the plumbing, the appliance instillation, a new window, a tankless water heater.
I have used him several times. Work is completed as I asked, prices he charges are reasonable. I would recommend David without reservation.

Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

We got 4 estimates to replace our furnace and AC and decided to go with SOCAL PH&AC not only because of great pricing but that gut feeling of really genuine people who are passionate about their work. Tim was very patient with us and even came out a second time to clarify the work, type of system, and answer final questions we had before deciding to go with them. He responded timely to every email. The day of installation went better than expected. Our installers were Edgar and Demario. They were personable, neat, and knowledgeable.
