Oscar determined the problem very quickly. My basin always clogs, so he very quickly found the problem when he dismantled the drain stop. A tiny bit of debris of hair was causing the basin to “slow” drain. Within 5 minutes he quickly solved the issue. Oscar was easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do. I'm very happy with Oscar’s service & knowledge. Thank you Oscar!!!

They have come out in a very timely manner, kept the job site clean and have been more than reasonable in there pricing for the very professional work and care. His hourly rate is good, but I guess get what you pay for - crap job. Gary is a childish, churlish, and extraordinarily unprofessional plumber. He was hired to fix a dripping faucet, he made it worse then said we needed to replace the fixture. My mother and I discussed what he recommended as the best brand / type to replace it with then asked him to pick the one that would be the best fit. I wasn't there when he installed the one he purchased for us and the base plate was smaller than the one being replaced so the holes cut in the sink were exposed. It looked disgusting. He told my mother there was no better solution that our sink was the issue. 2 weeks later the sink was leaking again so we called him to come take a look, he said our garbage disposal needed replacing. I agreed to his price but pointed out the ugly germ / leak job he did on the faucet installation and he stormed out of the house saying he didn't need this expletive. I tried to talk to him in a professional way, we just want a sink that doesn't look disgusting and need a solution. He said he would be back with a new garbage disposal to install - but never came back.

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything.
