The city came to our place Friday at 3 to turn off the water because there was a noise coming from the water meter. Turned out the water line had punctures from a tree root. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone within an hour to fix the issue. With the rain, the job ended up taking a few days but they did the work, and got us up and running. Oscar was very professional and empathetic. He wanted to resolve the problem quickly. And even though it took longer, he honored the quote and did everything he could to get us water again. Really happy we got them over quickly and they gave us a very reasonable price. I think other companies would have kept increasing the price and taken advantage of the situation.
