We absolutely want Tim back every time! He was absolutely excellent for having to work around all of our customers. He didn’t stop until it was finished and knew what the problem was. 100% will be requesting Tim again!!!

Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Exactly what you look for in a small business; they treated the job as if it was their own. Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. As a veteran myself, I always try to support veteran owned small business and I have nothing but praises for Prostar Plumbing.

Scott knows what he's doing. He detected a slab leak and rerouted the line. Everything was done with top quality workmanship. I would use him again.

Patriot Plumbing did a great job of helping us fix up our dual shower in our master bathroom. They were prompt, communicative, kept (and left) the workspace clean and everything in my shower is working again!

Good but expensive

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
