He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

The guys at South County Plumbing were great. I had a different plumber fix a leak in my shower about a year ago that basically did nothing but make the problem slightly better. The guys from South County came out yesterday to fix the same issue and had it done in less than an hour and fixed the problem completely. They professional and responsive to my call. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be using them again with any future problems I have.

I took the day off so that I'm home when the work is being done, just to find out that they cannot make it due to other work backed up and asked if I could reschedule for another day. Never happened to us with other services. Very unprofessional.
