Amazing communication fast quality work an all around great service

I just recently called Patriot Plumbing on a Sunday because my water heater started leaking. I spoke with Dino, the owner, who walked me through the steps on how to turn everything off and drain the water heater so I wouldnt have any damage. He very easily could have sent someone to my house and charged me hundreds of dollars for just that call but he didnt! I told him I wanted to buy and install a new water heater (the one that went out was 18 years old!). He scheduled a time for one of his plumbers, Fred, to come out 1st thing on Monday morning. Sure enough, Fred showed up on time, was very pleasant, gave me a quote for the new water heater, the install, everything included. I agreed and within a couple of hours everything was back up and running better than new in a clean, professional manner! I will 100% use Patriot Plumbing for ALL my plumbing needs in the future!

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
