Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm!
