Technicians Randy and Damon were out to the house later in the day and assessed the situation. Randy explained that the clay tile sewer line collapsed where it connects to the inside of the house and was upfront on how they would go about to repair it. Got a very reasonable and detailed quote of the work they would perform. These guys were awesome! Very professional and polite through the whole process. They were able to repair just a section of the sewer line rather than replacing all of it, saving a ton of money!!! They also scoped the rest of the sewer line. Then cleared out a few sections of very bad blockage and showed me the before and after - holy wow! They went above and beyond from the start of the process to the end.
