Had a problem at my rental home with a complaint from the renter about the kitchen sink not draining. Randy came out on time and inspected the piping under the sink. He was extremely professional and honest with me, detailing the fact that there was nothing wrong, the sink was draining, and the there was nothing wrong with the piping.
