My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. I filed a claim with my home warrenty Cross Country to replace my leaking garbage disposal. It took 10 days from the initial contact to get the garbage disposal replaced. I would not recommend both Cross Country and Kibtex. Slow, poor communication and customer service.
