I am more than pleased with the services! They were prompt, courteous, informative, and did a quality job in a very timely manner. The price was quoted and it was very fair. Once they assessed the problem closer they adjusted the price to fit the work. I wouldn't have known any different. Very frustrating speaking with them. I asked for a simple request to email me the report and invoice when inspection was done. They went ahead and charged me the inspection fee 5 days ago and I have been calling everyday for them to email me the report along with invoice. Today I spoke with them she was very nice but when it came down to the report that was requested and already paid for they still have not sent stating that they already have sent. I have been checking me email every 30min waiting for the report. I cannot see how this company has over 4 stars in reviews....
