I hired Acosta plumbing to come out and test my back-flow preventer which was fine everything went smooth. However, I was made aware I needed to test 2 more and replace one so I called them out to my business to do the service. Turns out I had ordered the wrong part so I returned it and got the right one. Randy told my to go ahead and schedule when you have the right part but they stopped answering my calls until I was able to get a hold of someone and they told me to find someone else. How pathetic I had been waiting over a week for a response to be told that. Worst part is that Randy was super nice and helpful to my face but had some issues with I don’t know what that they wouldn’t even answer my calls. Turned out to be a blessing as where Acosta was gonna charge me $550+ tax I was able to get everything done for $250. Can’t believe they charged me $230 for just one test please be aware you can find someone better.

The technicians installed our new hot water tank, he and his helper did an excellent job. Their professionalism and attitude, attention to detail and cleanliness were much appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Kintex Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
