From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

They were responsive, affordable and honest. They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.

I know when Peter comes out to my properties the Job gets done above and beyond. His communication of the Job completion is AMAZING. Super respectful, and professional. I can speak for most of the managers I work with and owners; when we have our weekly meetings or Board meetings if S&K was dispatched for whatever reason, Peter is announced with props. Recently another plumber was dispatched and was not happy with his communication and received a bit of rudeness. Peter was off but immediately came to help out and I felt 100x relived. Technician's friendly, but get a final price before work. To install only a water heater and replace pressure backflow preventer part cost was $900. While we can understand price mark up with demand the price was extremely high.
