I am so unbelievably frustrated with this business. I had an appointment yesterday for a leak that needed to be fixed. I found out days before that I needed to reschedule. I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company for at least 4 straight days. Just yesterday I called 14 times and left 4 voicemails. No clue whether they showed up or not which is very uneasy since I wasn’t home. It’s like the business is closed. I tried today again with multiple voicemails again. No clue what is happening but they’re closed or just don’t care. I need my sink fixed!! Been leaking for 2 weeks now! Ridiculous.

I just want to say THANKS to Silver Star Pluming for taking their time to help me. I truly appreciated their professionalism and the tenacity that they showed to not leave until they knew exactly what the problem was.
