Normally I don't write reviews but the team did a great job helping us out that I have to give them shout out.When we noticed a water spot above our living room, we contacted them. Even though they were busy, the service rep understood the urgency and got someone to the house within a couple of days. Brennan figured out the issue immediately, and along with John, helped us get great pricing for the job - to fix a drain leak because the home builder didn't do a good job inspecting their work (house was brand new and we had only lived in it 4 years). It was late at night but Brennan coordinated with John and his team to get the work scheduled and completed within the week.Mark and David arrived early the next day. They were were not troubled by my many questions. David even offered to vacuum the carpet even though there was only a few specks of drywall on the ground. David definitely earned his title as the zealous comedian!Everyone we interacted with at Goettl were of the same mindset, solutions based, and provided exceptional customer service. We really appreciated this and will definitely use them in the future.
