Best Leaking Water Heater in Henderson NV

Our water heater was pouring water into our garage the night before Christmas eve. I called around 8 pm, on Christmas Eve Gilbert was here by 9 am (the window was 8-10). They called and gave me a time estimate as well. He was able to identify the leak was caused by the connector pipes (?) and he replaced them on the spot. Gilbert is very professional and worked hard on this holiday! Highly recommend!

Nelson and Frankie were fantastic!! Super friendly and professional. The company itself had plumbers available right away (especially since I only have one bathroom, so it was a fairly dire need for a replacement), and finished the job so much quicker than I was expecting. They were personable, fun & easy to talk to, and did a stellar job with the installation. It looks perfect. They caulked the area and left no mess whatsoever, then hauled away the old unit. I work from home and they made zero disturbances while I was working. They also even went and picked up the toilet from Lowes for me before arriving for the install, which saved me from having to carry it or bring it upstairs, and we’re very complimentary of my home and the area. They also didn’t try to upsell on anything, they came and did the job that they were assigned to do (SO refreshing compared to many other companies who really just send out sales people disguised as technicians). HIGHLY recommend this company, and these plumbers specifically. I will most definitely be using Jack Dish Plumbing from now on, and my parents are also prepared to use them when the time may come. Plus I’ll be telling any of my friends and coworkers who might need any plumbing work done as well.

Was referred to this plumbing company by a friend over a year and a half ago. First time they came out to fix a valve in the backyard that 2 different plumbers could not fix and Matt the tech did a great job. Today my water softener went out, and lucky for me, the same tech arrived that was here a year ago and replaced the water softener. Keep this guy Justin...Not only are these guys great at plumbing and customer service (Brandy) hope I spelled it right :).. They will never over-charge for the great work they do. Only company I will call for any plumbing needs.

Was dealing with a horrible plumbing company that didn’t communicate with me what was going on. So my friend Kenny (comment below) recommended this company. I emailed them with the part that I needed and if they had it. Sure enough they responded right away saying that they did have it and could be here the next day. Had my water main break. They came out we're very nice and professional. The guy looked all over for my shut off valve to my house which we found out I didn't have one just the valve in the sidewalk. So he gave me a reasonable estimate for the new line and to add a shut off valve to it. Had his people there two days later had it dug out and changed that day. Just had to wait for inspection so they could Burry it back up which was the next business day. they really did a great job cleaned up the mess and I can't even see where they dug up my yard.

Keno, came out and did his thing fixed the cartridge in the tub shower. Super clean and professional work. We have used Max plumbing many times .....they are the best
