Mach 1 Plumbing is the best! Fast and reliable service. I’ve worked with them on more than one occasion and I feel confident that I am always in good hands. Doug is an honest business man and always does the right thing by his customers. Most recently I had a water main leak that my home warranty would not cover and the plumber they sent out quoted me $1,500 more than what Doug was able to do for me. I highly recommend Mach 1 for all of your plumbing needs. Excellent company, great owner, top notch work.

Okay let me start off with how great this company is. The staff was easy to make an appointment with. They were respectful in my home, sweet and kind and got the job DONE with no issues.
First we made the mistake of going through our home warranty with ideal services for a clog. They said the problem was unfixable and tried to upsell me for 500+ to unclog it.
I was in a bind with water comming up our bathroom sinks so I reached out to Loyalty Handyman Plumbing Services. They were AMAZING they came that day and unclogged the unfixable problem in just a few minutes. I will most definitely be going through this company again if any other issues occur in my plumbing. The lady in charge (Stacy) is so rude and unaccommodating. She gave us a ridiculously huge time window and expected us to come home early from work to wait for the technician to maybe come at the beginning of that window and was unwilling to shorten it. We have already had to reschedule once because of this issue, and she was just as unfriendly and rude the second time around. We haven't even gotten this issue resolved because she has made the circumstances impossible for us to work our lives around. The rest of the staff may be very accommodating and do great work, but dealing with her is absolutely not worth their business.
