He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. At least when I called American leak detections they had the ultra sound equipment available when they showed up at the house. Many other companies, came out with no ultra sound equipment to detect your leak. So be careful who you choose to use. Also get multiple bids, my bids ran as high as 6,500, I choose American leak detectors because of there price, I just had the leak capped off instead of having my whole sidewalk and garage torn apart.
