I own a rental property in Downtown Las Vegas and I got a call from my guests staying at my property informing me of a plumbing leak in the garage. Apparently the water heater pipe had bursted and overflowed, flooding the concrete floor .This plumber did a live video call with me and explained everything in detail with the exact cost and was straight forward.
