We always receive excellent service. Very reliable company. Our service person, Robert was great. We have never had a bad experience with the company and we have been a client for 8 years.

The lady in charge (Stacy) is so rude and unaccommodating. She gave us a ridiculously huge time window and expected us to come home early from work to wait for the technician to maybe come at the beginning of that window and was unwilling to shorten it. We have already had to reschedule once because of this issue, and she was just as unfriendly and rude the second time around. We haven't even gotten this issue resolved because she has made the circumstances impossible for us to work our lives around. The rest of the staff may be very accommodating and do great work, but dealing with her is absolutely not worth their business.
