Phil Edwards has always returned our calls and the company sent technicians out at the time they had told us someone would be here. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have. I called Hall Well & Plumbing today for a water heater leak at my Salon. without water we can't do business. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had our issue fixed and a new water heater installed in no time! We are extremely thankful for their assistance and quick response which let us continue operations as normal! I'd give them more than 5 stars and will highly recommend them to everyone!

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.
