i highly recommend HD Plumbing and Construction. I have used them twice and both times, they were able to come the same day and both times provided excellent service at a very fair price. Henry was my technician and he was amazing.

We had a variety of things to be done around the including installing light fixtures, new fire alarms, and a new security system. He was extremely knowledgeable on every one of our projects and finished everything we needed in two visits. I couldn’t recommend him enough for any of your home handyman needs! I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

Reps are too rushed to produce commission and forgetting good customer service. Give flippant delivery dates just to get you out then your job gets jammed when Ferguson supply chain lets you down.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

I was demoing some cabinets and ran into a sink that wouldn't cut off. I had to press pause while I found a plumber and went to another jobsite. I contacted Liquid Assets and Jeff immediately picked up.

That was at 10:03. He had a busy day but swung by and knocked my issues out and the price was right where I needed it to be...all taken care of by 1:30.

I didn't state that it was an emergency and he still got it handled promptly, well, and inexpensively.

I have saved their number and will totally work with them again.

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
