We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. We called Antonio out to inspect the pipes of an old house before we purchased it. We needed to know what the pipes were made of. The report he gave us said “probably ABS”. We were concerned with this report because we cannot put our money into “probably”. He said he was sure it was ABS but refused to put it in writing. We worked with him to come out again, this time my husband was watching him work. He said he was feeding the camera under the house and my husband pointed out that his camera was clearly going in the opposite direction of house. My husband is not a plumber but he had to explain to Antonio how the direction of the pipes worked. Turns out the pipes were NOT made of ABS and lied to us about going under the house in the first place. Then when we asked him to check out the pipes from inside the house he refused saying “his camera was not good enough”. I would highly recommend not hiring him!
