Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mother's toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mother's place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well. They also offered advice to ensure there's no issues with the installation in the future. They truly care about their clients and use their knowledge to help and educate others.
