Didn’t use drop cloths when working at the fireplace to install gas log set. Leaned into the ivory chair with his dirty work clothes beside the fireplace instead of walking behind the chair to get the heavy log set. Refused to stand up and walk around the chair after being politely asked to do so. Drug the carton containing the log set on the hard wood floor. Didn’t place gas line in agreed upon location. Drilled through the roof overhang. Said he’d caulk or tar around the pipe and didn’t do that. Black handprints on walls in and outside the house.

I appreciate the meticulousness of this plumber company. They make sure everything is working flawlessly before they leave. Highly recommended.
