We called them on a Friday afternoon they were there in 30 min found the issue was whole house drain. Mike was real good to explain what needed to be done and has worked with our house ins. to get them to help pay some on it. Other wise we could have not afforded it. They started on the big project Saturday morning . Pablo and the other guys worked so good together was polite and they covered the floor and hung plastic to keep the dust down .They had the whole job complete by Tuesday and did a excellent job. Never seen a better group of guys to work with. They also always cleaned there mess up every day. They made a bad situation a lot better Thank you guys you rock. May God bless you all

Eddy and Wyatt came within a couple of hours of me making the call. They were great. Quickly diagnosed the problem (circuit breaker) and fixed it a minimal cost. Having service people you can trust is beyond measure. Robbin’s is the go-to plumbing service for us.

Too busy, non-responsive to emergency call... Said they would try to get someone out the next day but never got back to me. If they can't respond to an emergency, then what's it like for a non-emergency call...

Update: I knew the necessary repair would be extremely expensive. A prudent person gets more than one estimate under such circumstances. That is why I called PinkPlunbing. I simply asked for someone to drive by my address and look at the situation outside the house and give me an estimate, nothing more. I was told they would try to get someone out there the next day and I never heard anything. That is not good customer service. Deer Valley Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have found in Phoenix and they still rate five stars. However, the owner of Pink Plumbing responded immediately to my one-star review and seemed genuinely concerned, so I'm changing my review to three stars. Whwn I calked, nobody said anything about being short handed, only that the company is very busy. The office girl didn't say she would call if something opened up, only that she would try to get someone out the following day. I assumed if they couldn't get someone out, they would call me. I waited until 2:30 in the afternoon to call Pink Plumbing and it was only then that I was told that they weren't going to be able to send anyone out after all.

They are exceptionally professional and their service response times are incredible. I will be using them for any and all plumbing needs in the future.
