To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

Great service. Glenn was able to quickly install a water softener system and took the time to explain the operation and provide detailed information about the maintenance.
