Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Needed my ejector pump replaced. They were able to come out the next day, after my call. Cost quoted was the cost paid. Jay was personable & professional. Took care of the replacement in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area where pump was worked on & the pump is working great! I'd endorse to anyone looking for plumbing needs. I like working with local businesses, as well!

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

Spring a leak in the pipe to my shower. Technician had to remove the shower and tub to fix the leak. Work was well done, reasonably priced and performed quickly.

Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

Teo came out and got right to work to fix my leaky faucet on the side of the house. He was quick, and knew exactly what to do. He removed some piping and added a 1 to 3/4 adapter and then added a new spigot. It works great now an no leaks. He was quick to respond to come out and he was very pleasant to talk to and explain what he was doing. He was truly concerned about providing quality work and giving great customer service. He did a great job. I will use him again should I have more issues in the future!

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Called company at 4:45pm to schedule service for hot water heater. Terry from Rooter 4 Less was able to stop by that same day (7:15pm) to diagnose issue with my gas hot water heater.
After determining a new water heater was needed, replacement was scheduled for the very next day. He gave advanced notice of his arrival & was on-site as scheduled. Had water heater up and running in no time. Terry was very professional and polite. Am very pleased with the services Terry @Rooter 4 Less provided & I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Dirt Dog Plumbing has been outstanding to work with, they are very professional and respond quickly to our calls. They located the issue quickly and gave us an estimate and a reliable time line, when a delay popped up from the supplier they immediately called and relayed the delay along with ideas on how to handle the situation in the mean time. Their employees are polite and so great about being clean and respectful of our home our time, not making us wait hours outside the appointment time. I recommend them and we will use them again!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
