Jimmy Joe's Plumbing comes out and helps us with regular maintenance for our old building. They are professional and helpful. We would recommend using them.

We had Arid Valley Plumbing LLC install our new water softener. A lot of plumbing companies seemed to not want a small job like ours or wanted to upsell. Arid was great. They listen to what I needed done and got right on the job. I could not be happier.

Steve and Mark did an excellent job changing out a hot water heater in a residence. They arrived at the time promised and had the job done and in short order. They left the area meat and clean.

Absolutely the best! Came at a moment's notice and spent the next day fixing my tub. Very professional and I have him on speed dial for next time. Thank you for restoring my hot water!!

We had an appointment with Matt today, 9/23/2022 to reconnect our kitchen plumbing after we had granite installed. He told my husband and I that he would do the job the one week prior. He never showed up, called nor texted. After us texting several times and leaving a voicemail he finally responded with a text “ So sorry I just got back into service area. I must have not put it on the schedule for Tyrel…” Now we have to go days without being able to use our kitchen sink. Very unprofessional. No integrity.

Hopefully they plumb better then they drive because I ruined 200$ in tools slamming on my breaks when their driver pulled out in front of me.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
