Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I am blown away at the skill level my repairman Sergio had. He went above and beyond to solve my plumbing problem. He was courteous curtains and sensitive to my problem. He gave me many options and so much information on the different options to make the best one for my problem. He was great. I can’t say enough fantastic things about him. Give the man a cape because today, he was a HERO! Thank you more than words can say. Also he was here in an hour or less! Sure saved the day for my little family. God bless you all

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

In our personal opinion, we did not feel that this company is very professional and we did not feel like we were treated respectfully. We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.
After our initial review, we received phone calls and a letter from this company and their attorney demanding we take down our review.

They replaced a tank less water heater on a rental of mine but are way over priced. They didn't even breakout the parts vs. labor charges. I will not be using them in the future.

HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER. After several failed and disappointing attempts with other contractors, I was fortunate to discover Anthony at Plumber From Down Under. Very professional and courteous. Knows his stuff. Worked quickly to fix a rather severe stoppage. And, charged VERY reasonably. Will not hesitate to call on him again and I can recommend him very highly.

Paul came out to give us an estimate on replacing our 2 old water tanks. He was very professional and we ended up also buying a new filtration system. Paul was not pushy at all, he was on time and worked all day until the job was done. I will absolutely use Travis and Sons again.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
