I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

The plumber was nice and very professional. He did a great job. It was expensive. When I called to schedule I asked for an estimate to install 2 new faucets and fix one. They told me they didn't have standard charges, that they charged based on the work and I would get an estimate before they started. Once I walked the plumber through my requests he told meet it was $300 anytime they had to do any work under the sink. He did only charge me $100 to fix the leaky faucet. $300 for an installation is not only a bit pricey, it is definitely an estimate that can be given over the phone.

I filled out the form yesterday, got a phone call this morning, and they were able to come out that day. Ryan was extremely nice when I spoke with him as was our technician Justin. Just overall friendly with great service. Thank you!

My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair/installation. As a personal preference, I love their orange color shirt and trucks!
