My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.

I just sold my house in Gilbert and Plumbing Medic did some repairs before turnover to the new owners. My first interaction with the company was over the phone. They answered the first time I called, were VERY responsive, returned calls when needed, and even helped find other businesses to look at a repair outside of their scope. The technician arrived when he said he would, worked with me on scheduling, provided quotes super quickly and took the time to explain all the repairs and estimates. He then showed up to do the repairs on time and got all the work done quickly. I was very happy with the service all around.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. Addam was great we called he was able to fit us in same day. He figured out what was wrong and replaced us with a new water conditioning system which we are excited about. We now won’t have to worry about this unit leaking every other month. We will for sure refer our friends and family to Plumb Serve we would use them again for sure !!
