My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. We were able to get same-day service, which was great. The technician, Jason, was professional, friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly.The only reason I’m not giving it five stars was that I was surprised at the cost of the service call. Perhaps I am just not familiar with current pricing, it seems that $190 for the service call was high. Jason was able to give me a discount which reduced that cost somewhat.

Amazing like what I want

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure.
